Refund policy

We have a no-return policy on gift card purchases which means once paid for and the order submitted, there are no refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect or have the person in-which you shipped the gift card inspect upon reception and please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
There are no exchanges of purchased gift cards - treat the received gift card as cash.

Locations
We do not ship outside of the continental united states and we charge a $5 flat shipping and handling fee for each gift card purchased.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
We do not ship to the European Union.

Refunds
There are no returns or refunds on gift card purchases. However if you need to change an address, please contact us and we will try to change the delivery address if it has not already been sent.  If this is the case, please contact us at info@blinddogpc.com.
